"What is Love? It's wut I got 4 this vid, dat's wut"
When a flash video reduces me to resorting to IM-speak to get my sentiment in the 50-character summary line completely, it's done an abominably spectacular job.
It was a hoot, and the secret Easter Egg clicky thing gave it replay value out the wazoo. Excellently done.

"Un flash con corazon... muchas gracias"
You know you've got a winner when it takes somebody's heart and busts it out of its Valentine's Day "Bah Humbug" funk.
Graphics weren't quite Shoo Fly grade, but had warmth and humor, and fit the style perfectly. And your choice of imagery in perfect synch with the song... very good. And the choice of music... made me want to cry... in a good way. :~)
And the subtitles... very good touch for both the English and Spanish speakers. Buena idea.
Just one thing... but it's a big one that stopped a perfect score: unless you composed, wrote, and sang that song yourself... I think you'd better put a credit to the band and song somewhere in that flash. Credit where credit is due, y'know.
But when all's said and done... excellent. Creo que Ud. (y Maria) debe ser orgullos.

You lost points due to inaccuracy. Weird Al did NOT compose or sing that one... check his catalog on his website if you want to make sure. Also, the lyrics on screen on the second chorus didn't match what was sung.
Aside from that... looked nice, properly timed, and was funny. Just fix the glinches, and you'll have yourself a winner.

I know the feeling :-)-:
At least she got up with a smile on her face.
I'm glad for someone who acknowledges the plight of all us chronically single folks out there and gives a little something for us.
Oh, and not a bad bit of animation, either. Thanks.

"*yawn* more of the same solid gold... ;-p"
Y'all are spoiling us, m'man.
Buttloads of work, genius, and it all pays off. I liked the cutscene art particularly... it added a little something new.
Aside from that... great story, blah blah blah, very funny, blasting tunes, yadda yadda yadda, very innovative use of sprites, action and dialogue, etc., etc., spacebar to help us watch it on our own pace is a plus, yakkity yakkity, ad infinitum nauseum.
Just go get your awards and scram. :-PPPPP
Oh, and in all seriousness... THANKS. Great stuff! :-D

THAT way.
This time you gave us the dialogue (still without voice acting, but that's part of the old school video game feel) and the action. I thought having the dark villain in the bright green and blue sky environs was the way to go.
Still looking 2D/side-scrolly. Goes with the game feel again, but would it kill ya to show the occasional half or 3/4 profile, even in a still picture? ;-P
And the ending... obnoxious. In a good way. ;-P This had better be continued.

I know that you apologized for the lack of action, but frankly, the backstory and the rhyme and reason was desperately needed to the series. And seeing 777 in tranquil settings was a big relief to the general all-crash-slash-bang-boom to the action sequences.
Music was very nice. While others criticized the lack of vocal acting, I think it set the retro-game mood pretty well. Decent lines from the characters, too.
And 777's identity took me by surprise, even after I recognized her steed.
The main grinch I have with it is everything is in 2-D from the sides... I know that you probably did it that way for the side-scroll video game look, but still... it made me feel like I was looking at Egyptian hieroglyphics. I'd suggest checking out a tutorial on how to do 8-way 3D characters in Flash.
Except for that... this is arguably the best chapter so far IMNSHO.

Ninjas are cool... and you can't miss with a ParagonX9 track most times...
And I thought the circles for limbs style was decent.
But I was looking for something with more plot, something that makes me get into Mr. Red Ninja, and his story. Not just a simple brawl with no names or reason behind it.
You did decently on the first run, but please develop it more next time. And keep on sending 'em in.

Thanks, borrowed the art style from the Thing-Thing series, if you haven't seen it, go do that now, they're awesome games. =D

Now THAT'S how you do an entrance! You obviously perfected the art until you felt it was ready. Great art, and a nifty tune, and I like the gentle feather theme.
Just a few things that I felt held it back:
***A few repeat spots of the same animation as filler (her shaking her booty, and her feet stepping across the stage, f'rinstance). I know Filmation and DiC did that, and you can get away with it if it's brief enough, but it didn't escape MY eye.
***No subtitles. I would've liked reading the Japanese lyrics and/or their English translation, or being able to toggle them on or off. That would've scored 10s across the board.
All the same... you smacked this first one clear out of the park! ENCORE! ^_^y
Author's Response:
thanks for your review, a many guys have complained for the repeated spots, i must apologize for that it´s true it was a cheap escape and i shouldn´t have done that, but as i said this was my first anim and i thought it could work. but it didn´t so i´ll keep a note on this and i´ll try harder next time thanks!!!!

OK, I must admit the pictoral look isn't gonna knock Shoo Fly down with a baseball bat, but the story and plot make up for it. Music matched the mood very well, too. Pretty darn good. I'd share it with my students.
